Qualtrics System Support Specialist

This position provides support to the business lines that utilize the Qualtrics system for surveys. This will include creating surveys, providing oversight of the system, resolving problems, and providing reporting and analytics to the business lines.  

• Develop and refine data driven reports outlining key performance metrics. Partner with reporting representatives to ensure data is captured correctly and flows through so that results can be effectively reported and analyzed.
• Act as first point of contact when the business lines need to create surveys, review results, or resolve problems with the data being provided from Qualtrics surveys.
• Ensure the information is reported to key business partners on time and with a high degree of accuracy. Analyze data and improve the accuracy of the information before it is provided to the business partners.
• Coordinates with various business lines and constituent groups to create both internal and external surveys programs, and in doing so enforces best practices and standardization across the organization.
• Manages active surveys in the tool including providing basic reports and status updates to the survey owner at the business level.
• Analyze data and provide suggestions for improving the surveys for future use.
• Contacts transferee by telephone to assess/evaluate the move and services provided. Explains questions to transferee as needed to collect accurate results.

Strong customer service skills required.

Must be proficient in use of Excel, Word, Adobe.

Requires the ability to manipulate MS Excel reporting.  1 year of office experience required; 2+ years preferred.  Typically possesses 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.  Associates Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
