Graebel Global Client Services Limited is now seeking a Global Accounts Analyst to join their team in Wausau, WI and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Job Summary
Perform complete auditing of payables, revenue, and expense associated with global corporate client relocations through accurately interpret tariffs, estimates, contracts, and client policies. They will examine and verify all associated documents and transactions to facilitate proper payment disbursement to suppliers and subsequent invoicing to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit vendor invoices for Domestic and International Household Goods relocations while verifying adherence to applicable tariffs and client policies. Calculates, processes, and approves vendor disbursements. Examines backup associated with vendor invoices to ensure compliance and completeness.
- Audit/apply applicable fees, revenue distributions, interest calculations, bank conversion fees in compliance to client policies and standard GAAP.
- Verify charges from company/client credit cards and expense reports and allocate necessary charges to each relocation project in accordance with client policy.
- Update company databases and operational systems to facilitate accurate and timely client billing as well as associated reporting of vendor and client data.
- Works actively to resolve payment, billing, and receivable issues from both internal and external clients.
- Assist in determining more efficient approaches for current and new procedures. Document all new processes.

Required Experience
Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred; however, 1-3 years experience in Finance/Accounting accepted in lieu of formal education.
