Supplier Development Analyst

Job Description:

To complete Corporate financial and operational reporting, analysis, and reconciliation in support of the Supplier Development (SD) function.  This includes gathering, analyzing and creating reporting related to the Graebel partner network of third party suppliers.

• Ensure data integrity of performance metrics for Graebel’s partner network to include volume and spend, tonnage, internal and external customer satisfaction.

• Identify reporting gaps, development and implementation of new reporting methods and tools; data cleanup and analysis; maintain reporting consistency.

• Review data for accuracy prior to publication to team mates and management.

• Prepares scheduled and ad hoc reporting for SD team and management.

• Creates monthly / quarterly dashboards which include financial and operational information

This position may be located in any Graebel Office, including Kent, Atlanta, Wausau, Denver

Required Skills:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and on a team  
• Excellent usage of Windows and Office software.  Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint is required.

Required Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in financial and business analysis 
• Thorough experience and usage of Microsoft Office products.

Education: (Preferred) Bachelors Degree in Finance, or related. (Minimum) High School diploma or equivalent
4 years experience in lieu of education
