Expense Specialist, CFS

Job Description:

As part of Graebel Companies, Inc.'s Client Financial Services group, we need an Expense Specialist with responsibilities focused in invoice and expense report auditing and processing.

Required Skills:

Accounting Specialist

• Audit and process expense reports per client policy
• Review daily audit reports and prioritize work
• Perform General Ledger adjustments, reconciliation and audits, researching all issues
• Provide Customer Service support to internal and external clients
• Meet quality and timeliness metrics
• Adhere to established operating procedures and accounting controls
• Assist with projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

Education: Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.  Two (2) years' of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of formal education

Knowledge/Experience: Strong Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Outlook and Word.  Previous experience in invoice auditing or Relocation Services experience preferred. ReloAdvantage / Equus / Accounting software experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications/Specialized Training: None Required

Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in high volume environment and meet tight deadlines. A strong focus on teamwork and the ability to collaborate well with team members. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required. Detail and process improvement oriented.

Preferred skills include: Mathematical abilities, such as computing figures, amounts, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and volumes, foreign currency conversion.
