Job Summary:
Administers all components of international relocations for assignees and Clients of Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide. Performs initial consultation with assignee, arranges authorized services, and monitors the status of the relocation/assignment to ensure that all services are delivered per Client expectations.
Principal/ Essential Responsibilities:
- Serves as the single point of accountability for assignees (including VIP) independently. Consults with the assignee on their policy, identifies customer’s service requirements/ needs and defines procedures to set a clear expectation of service levels and ensure assignee satisfaction.
- Initiates and coordinates authorized services on behalf of the assignee. Tracks initiations to ensure that the proper services are being provided on time and in accordance with the policy and assignees’ needs.
- Maintains effective communication with assignees to ensure their satisfaction. Escalates any matters that could potentially result in assignee/ Client dissatisfaction. Promotes a positive service reputation and promotes utilization of future Graebel services.
- Ensures all actions and data relating to the assignee are up to date and accurate in web based relation management system.
- Serves as a liaison between internal supplier management and suppliers. Maintains positive relationships with service providers. Gives feedback to supplier management on providers and quality of delivery. Escalates potential supplier failures and ensures that supplier management takes necessary actions to limit exposure to the assignee/ Client.
- Processing of policy exception requests including collecting of necessary information and supporting documentation, and coordination with HR Leaders for required approvals.
- Periodic check-ins with international executive assignees and connects with relevant parties to communicate feedback and resolve any issues as necessary.
- Coordination with business managers or HRBPs on the determination of end of assignment plan for international assignees.
- Provides project management leadership/ support as needed.
- Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.
Required Skills
- Korean and English language fluency required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Management or related field preferred. Five years of relevant work experience acceptable in lieu of formal education.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures and numerical data.
- Ability to write simple reports and good business correspondence.
- Ability to effective present information and respond to questions from management, customers and employees.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work efficiently in web based computer programs.
Required Experience
- Three to five years of experience as customer service focused role. Prior experience in international relocation or assignment management is preferred.
