We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Materials Manager to join our administrative team. The Materials Manager is responsible for managing the procurement, inventory, and distribution of medical and surgical supplies, ensuring the center operates efficiently and cost-effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of supply chain processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with both clinical and administrative teams.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the ordering, receiving, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.

Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular audits to prevent stock shortages.

Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.

Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and manage supply contracts.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding inventory management.

Work closely with clinical staff to anticipate supply needs and adjust inventory accordingly.

Track and report key metrics related to inventory performance and costs.

Maintain proper documentation of purchases, deliveries, and inventory adjustments.

Required Experience
